We're looking for a dynamic content writer whos passionate about creating compelling content for user communication & lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate should be a go-getter whos keen to help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through content. He/she should have a proven track record of producing content/copy that increases engagement and drives leads.
This position demands a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better & ensure tangible results.
Potential applicants should be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines while ensuring top-quality results. Candidates with a strong writing portfolio, a bachelors degree and relevant work experience will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product & UX teams to identify, plan, and create user communication lifecycles
- Develop clear & concise content for various communication channels/modes, including emails, SMS, app notifications,whatsapp, etc & set up using internal tools
- Actively manage and analyze content marketing metrics like open rate, click rate and make changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas & conduct online experiments (A/B testing)
- Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills/Requirements
- Should be a self-starter with high energy, willing to adapt in a fast-paced evolving work culture Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing and web analytics
- Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Min. 3 years of experience in writing for a B2C audience
- Experience with HTML & MS Office tools
- Exposure in BFSI/Fintech in payments would be an advantage
