Ensure the MIS reporting, tracking and follow-up the critical actions.
Reports: Bench report, RMG MIS, utilization report, RMG master
Carry out validations of ESS resource requirements, contract extensions, offer approvals
Work with IT team & HR team for process improvement and deployment.
Track CV sourced by HR
Drive competency development
Prepare each project wise its status report and guided them if any required; same to be highlighted to respective project manager, head of the division and senior management.
Update Headcount tracker & publish the report to management
