1. Able to guide customer for most optimal available solution to the business case of the customer independently with in the ambit of Project scope and time line and associated Risks ( end to end delivery).
2. Proficinet in Functional Skills on (Sales, EP, Procurement, Manufacturing, TP Projects, Warehousing, Quality & Service) Module in ERP LN. Proficient in Infor OS, Factory Track, EDI & Auto Connect
3. Solution Architecting of Minimum 2 industry vertical specialization (A/D, Automotive, Ind. Eqp. Mfg, Textiles, Process/ Hybrid Industry, EPC, Hi Tech Elecetronics, Discreet Manufacturing, Distribution & Retail)
4. Proficient trainer to Colleagues and Customer key users equally.
5.. Capable of Preparation of Business Requirement Document (AS IS), Blue Print of TO-BE Solution document.
6. Gap Analysis and resolution using workaround and customizations. Ability to plan/ configure/ deliver for resolution of all GAP Points. Evaluation & validating of customization designed (SRS preapared along with Test Cases) by Colleagues.
7. Create/Modify and Maintain the applicable Business scenarios and corresponding test cases buy industry Verticle.
8. Ability to breakup the Project actvities to smaller tasks and delegating to subordinates.
9.Proficient on Exchange schemes and its utilization. And capability to assist colleagues in using this when and wherever required for delivery.
10. Proficient in Master Data Codification & Logic.
11. Should be able to create Micro Project Plan to facilitate PMO
12. Should be able to carry out Pre Sales activities
13. Should be able to map Business Process with DEM, User Authorization and role.
14. Capable of preparation of User Guides on Customizations and Implemented solution.
15. Is responsible for maintaining and enhancing implementation accelerators for a industry Vertical.
