Job Description / Responsibilities
- An Individual contributor, to leverage Unostar's offering for identified clients that create a long-term business relationship and guarantee sustainable business.
- Development and closing of opportunities that involve a wide range of Unostar services such as WH, Transportation, In-plant logistics services.
- Responsible for business development at new accounts and account penetration at existing accounts.
- Would be responsible for negotiating contracts to deliver target gross margin for every service line, conducting opportunity assessment for all accounts (existing and new) in the assigned vertical, develops action-driven account plans for all strategic customers with the objective of becoming a full-service supplier for a 12-24 month horizon, develops high-level relationships with Unostars strategic accounts to sell new business and develops a deep understanding of current and future customer needs, identify new ways of adding value to accounts, proactively works with customers in defining bid specifications and maintaining customer Relationship.
- Business Development: The candidate should have a leadership standing in the warehousing and supply chain domain and should be able to attract and engage enterprises and digital-native companies (companies that use online channels as their primary/first sales channel) seeking the warehousing and fulfillment capability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Desired Candidate Profile Experienced candidate with over 9 years. Worked either in reputed Logistics organization with focus ( end to end SCM offering in 3pl sales experience ) Handling BD and Key accounts with SCM and market knowledge and connects on the customer side. Having a minimum turnover of 60 - 90 Crs.
