Roles and Responsibilities
PrincipalResponsibilities:
- Provide a safe, ergonomically healthy environment and processes which comply with government and company standards. To perform and execute all other duties assigned by direct leadership
- Drive audit and follow-up systems and Compliance monitoring
- Maintain RM Store 5S
- Manage and optimize the plant raw material supply chain, inventory and validate min/max
- Monitor all inbound raw materials to Plant, 3rd Party Mixers, etc.
- Supervise, control, and coordinate the flow of Raw Materials – storage, issues, and returns from the production scheduler
- Plan and establish the location for Raw Material stock rotation for FIFO by maintaining good control and proper classification on consumption lot / running lot of raw material
- Ensure all daily supply of Raw Material from warehouse to all production areas
- Monthly checking of safety devices and security aspects inside the raw material warehouse, including PPE aspect
- Leader for physical inventory checking (perpetual & annual), and ensuring housekeeping inside the raw material warehouse
- Develop, implement, and manage plans to support team development - addressing quality, waste, delivery, and cost.
- Thorough knowledge of SAP MM module & related procurement systems
- Month stock reconciliation with converters (3rd Party)
- Monthly age monitoring for provisioning of any non-moving / overaged material and post adjustment in a system with due approvals
- Tracking and coordination for renewal of Sulphur License (storage/transport)

- Work closely with plant team and RM planning for critical material availability
Required Experience:
- Minimum experience (10 Years) with experience in handling unionized workers
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field (Advanced Degree preferred)
