Roles and Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert w.r.t Cinema operations
- Responsible for managing training delivery at the cinemas at par with organizational expectations and annual strategic plan
- Evaluate/Analyze & identify training needs using VOC, audit data, MIS, Management feedback, site visits etc.
- Design and develop the training programs for execution in the cinemas with lesson plans
- Planning and assessment of training programs being carried out in the cinemas
- Travel to review and monitor all training activities in the cinemas
- Monitor status of monthly / quarterly / annual training programs and pending nominations. Highlight non-adherence and risk items
- Review existing new hire certification / re-certification processes frequently and measure effectiveness
- Research, experiment & innovate new processes / systems to continuously improve training function
- Conduct audits in order to check training efficacy and SOP process gaps
- Liaise with third party vendors for execution and monitoring of training activities
- Analyze training audit reports/scores in order to identify training gaps
- Design and / or execute cinema opening trainings
- Support hiring team in the Cinema team selection process ESP/EH/GRA/GRE/DO
- Takes ownership of the training taking a leadership role from conception to completion.
