Job Description
This role is responsible for commercial forecasting and data analytics for our products by applying various statistical techniques, communicating therapy area knowledge and market dynamics to development team and managing stakeholder.
Our Marketing team are passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing forecasts for a product/portfolio either individually or with 1-2 associates
- Collaboration with Country/Regional/Global stakeholders for validating assumptions
- Translating therapy area knowledge and complex market dynamics into requirements and communicating to development team
- Validating forecast assumptions using statistical techniques like Monte Carlo and/or secondary market research
- Managing projects plans and ensuring timely quality deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-8 years experience with Management/Pharma/Engineering background
- Mandatory Pharma experience
- Relevant forecasting or data analytics experience
- Ability to generate ideas to solve vague problems
- Should have managed projects end-to-end individually or in team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen and awareness of brand, therapy area and market dynamics of the US market or other key markets
- Experience of communicating in global multi country / multi-cultural environment
- Basic statistical knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Other skillsets (good to have): Spotfire, Tableau, Python, R, SQL
