You will be Business-Value-Focused working closely with technical experts to deliver an optimized systems solution. HR Business Analyst/ HR Functional Consultant is mainly responsible for designing, building and deploying VIENNA Advantage based ERP solutions; leading, supporting, analysis and design in the HRM Module of the ERP, in close cooperation with the clients HR team and in house cross functional teams; Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
Main Responsibilities
Preparation, analysis and support in creation of Blueprint Document based on detailed understanding of the business requirements.
Coordinate with Technical Team for customization, configuration and development as per the Blueprint and Solution Design Document.
Validate the reports requirements and coordinate with Technical Team for development of reports.
Validate the Reports in the system: attendance reports, leave reports.
Perform Functional testing and Integration Testing.
Prepare End user Training Documents.
Provide training to end-user and sort out day to day queries of end users.
Provide UAT and Go-Live Support.
Enhancement of the VIENNA Advantage for end user based on requirement.
Complete the project assignments within defined scope, budget and committed timelines.
Handling requirements of clients in regards to Performance measurement system, Applicant tracking system, Time and Leave management system, legal labor law compliances, Payroll, Employee self-service portal etc.

5+ years working in a IT Business Analyst capacity, including extensive hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PeoplSoft, Zoho, OrangeHRM etc
