We have an opening for the Strategic Account Manager position for Noida, Sector-62.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Comprehend clients business objectives, challenges, and market trends to provide strategic counsel and solutions that align with their goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working in close collaboration with the Sales team to develop account expansion strategies across technology towers like Cloud, Platforms, Data, AI, Cybersecurity and so on.
• Monitor and analyse client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.
• Track and report on key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer retention, and client satisfaction, to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and successful delivery of services.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with existing clients and generate new business leads.
