Department: Franchise Channel
Role:
1. Would be responsible for franchisee development for equities business and generate revenues
2. Ramp up franchisee distribution conduct market survey, drives identification and empanelment activity of franchisee across region
3. Responsible for expanding the franchisee network through marketing and sales effort
4. Negotiating and completing all necessary franchisee documentation and agreements on time
5. Should be well versed with Franchisee model of operations
6. Should be able to guide and scale-up franchisee business
Skills:
1. Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing with 2-5 years of experience in franchisee acquisition
2. Excellent communication and networking skills
3. Ability and experience in selling concepts and business vision
