Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities : Responsible for the Profit and Loss of the unit. Will have to be sales target oriented to plan, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, room service, home delivery and Banquets individually.
Responsible for cash control, maintaining inventory, managing labour, ensuring daily and monthly financial reports. Should be able to take corrective action after analyzing sales and costs to meet daily growth targets.
Extrovert below 40 yrs/ Diploma or Degree essential / has min 5 years of experience.
Ensure maintenance of equipments, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventive Maintenance Plan based on company standards.
