Roles and Responsibilities
- Create & Handle The Distribution Network
- Handle the 4-5 Districts of one state.
- Onboard New Distributors for Mobile Accessories products in Vacant Areas
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be Minimum 2 years Exp. in Mobile Accessories , Mobile Handset, Telecom
- Self-starter, driven by results.
- Proactive, can work under pressure.
- Proven selling skills at major key accounts.
- Tactful and assertive in handling channel partners
- Positive attitude for getting things done with a minimal supervision.
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with customers, colleagues & team.
- Should be ready to be mobile & relocate when required.
