Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Liason with local Police / Govt. officials and influential local citizens in order to maintain a pro-management environment.
- Liaison with Statutory Organizations for Administrative purposes
- Documental Process & Document Administration
- Inter-Departmental Coordination Management
- Analyze Departmental Reports and prepare monthly Admin. MIS
- Managing of Industrial land purchase / lease and its liasioning with Govt./ Local bodies.
- Any other responsibility related to administration assigned by management
Desired Candidate Profile: Ex Defence person preferred.
- MSW/ LLB
- 8 10 years of Experience. Minimum 3 Years at senior position
- Prior experience in administration/ facilities management desirable
- Knowledge of human resource management and industrial relations and statutory compliances
- Leadership and managerial ability
