Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for target achievement of Life Insurance through walking customers.
- Acquire, build & maintain strategic relationships with clients' sources, develops & analyze customer needs to establish a client-centric business environment, proposes and implements a solution. Cross sales, try to upsell and timely renewal of clients insurance requirements
- Responsible for an increasing share of business by offering the entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual targets.
- Optimal use of given lead on daily basis & Achieving cost-efficient operation.
- Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion%, etc
- Managing accurate maintenance & updating database.
- Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The candidate must have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- The candidate should have presentable skills.
- Keen to work in a highly competitive environment.
- Right attitude & never -say- die mind-set.
- Achieving the given sales targets.
- 1-2 Years relevant Direct Sales in any S2S or Services experience in life insurance is mandatory.
