Profile - Lead - Social Media
Location - Mumbai
Social Media Manager
Who do we Want? - A Social Media Marketer who has spent 3+ years promoting a brand and its product and services on Social Media channels. Has an ability to conceptualise, implement and own a social media strategy. Own, social media channels and work with the internal team and agency partners to grow the social brand footprint.
Expectations -
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences for moment marketing.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Coordinate with creative team to generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee social media accounts- design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, Instagram grid, etc.)
- Suggest and implement new ideas and features to develop brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a social media manager (D2C or Fintech is added advantage)
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Influencer marketing projects added advantage.
- Inclination towards video creation and marketing ( Reels/Youtube Etc)
