Job Description

Look after activities of the plant including production, QC, QA, Engg, HR, Liaison with govt.,inter-dept co-ordination, vendor dealing, etc
Manage good industrial relations
Ensure discipline at the Unit level
Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained

Required Candidate profile

Exp in formulations MUST
Good communication, Leadership
Min. 5 yrs exp. as heading a pharma formulation plant with rich exposure in latest international certifications/ guidelines viz. WHO/TGA/MHRA etc
