Requirements:
- Experienced on cisco technologies like Cisco Nexus Switch, Cisco DC switches and Routers, WLC.
- Hands on experience on network routing protocols like TCP/IP, IDS/IPS, VPN, IPSEC, GLBP, HSRP, BGP, CDP, STP, VTP, NAT, PAT, ISL, VLAN, WiFi, PBR.
- Knowledge on Checkpoint and Cisco Firewall.
- Candidate should know incident and change management process and attend daily call.
- L2 troubleshooting on R&S is must and basic knowledge on FW.
- Call logging process with vendor and coordination

What will you do
The Network SME will be a member on the Global Infrastructure Network Operate quad. This person will be responsible for network operations and infrastructure services regionally and globally. As a part of the Network Team, Your responsibilities will include day to day activity and support, participation in on-call rotation, and documentation.
This environment includes, but is not limited to: Cisco routers, Cisco IOS switches, Cisco Nexus line, Cisco ASA firewalls, Vyatta Firewalls.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 2 years experience focused on Data Center network support, configuration and implementation
- Total 3 years of experience on core switching, routing, MPLS and FWs
- Minimum of 2 years experience in enterprise-level networking with knowledge in TCP/IP, Routing Protocols (OSPF and BGPv4, etc.), SMTP and SNMP.
- Experience deploying and maintaining wide area networks with emphasis on IPSec, L2L VPN, and Remote Access VPN
- Networking and security architectural and engineering support experience across local, regional and global domains
- Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Networking, Checkpoint firewalls and F5 Load Balancers
- Experience with TCP/IP, networking, and DNS, SMTP, and HTTPS
- Hands on experience with VLANs and routing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent, preferably in computer engineering, systems or related field
- CCIE or equivalent industry &/or business networking experience desired
