Technical Services - Supply Chain and Procurement in ISS Facility India Pvt. Ltd.
Education Background: BE/ B.Tech (any branch)
Experience: 3-8 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Vendor Sourcing and Management, Negotiations and Finalizing Vendors, Drafting and Signing of Rate/Annual Maintenance Contracts, Monitoring quality standards and doing Vendor Assessment on regular Intervals.
- Responsible for Managing AMC for all kind of Critical Equipment
- Contract Management
- OPEX and CAPEX Procurements for all sort of Projects related work inclusive of CIVIL, Electrical, Plumbing etc.
- Identify localization opportunities for cost reduction, including reverse engineering and bill of material analysis
- Lead supplier identification, visits, negotiation, and quality compliance either independently or by the team. Identification of alternate source of suppliers for performance and cost advantages as required.
- Approval of purchase orders based on adequate analysis in line with Procurement Policy/Process, and procurement justification. Ensure procurement justification is complete with all required financial, and supplier performance parameters.
- Monitor data integrity of purchase orders, purchase analysis, cost data, cost variance analysis, cost reduction opportunities, achieved cost reduction, vendor/item master and vendor master files and other information relating to the procurement department.

- Impeccable integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Exposure to General Procurement having Excellent vendor management skills
- Should have strong Commercial and Negotiation Skills.
