Education: Any Graduate / Any Engineering / Any Post Graduate
Key Requisite
Excellent Spoken and written English.
Prior international Technical call taking experience.
Managing service requests from receipt to its closure.
Review requests for approvals.
Experience in Active directory, User policies, and security policies.
Experience in order management and following up pending orders.
Managing security groups of users as per request.
Creation, modification, Deletion of distribution groups.
Experience in Catalogue management.
Ability to handle single user requests and bulk requests.
Supplier delivery management.
Prioritize requests based on priority. To work on administrative moves.
Working on escalations raised by users.
Flexible with shifts.
Work in a high-pressure environment.
Eligibility criteria:
Graduate (or) Post Graduate.
Should have good technical skill.
Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th 12th 3 years Graduation).
Graduates through Open Universities / Correspondence graduates need not apply.
Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory.
Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again.
Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
Ready to work in BPS designation & industry.
Job Description:
Relevant International Voice Experience.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either by email/ chat or over the phone.
Good verbal & written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
Good interpersonal, problem-solving & analytical skills. Keep morale high: Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognition.
Ability to work in a team and adhere to timelines consistently. Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues and meet expectations.
Ability to work in night shifts / staggered shifts/weekends/days off based on business requirements.
Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
