Short Description
Hero MotoCorp aspires to be a dominant player in the global 2-wheeler markets. For HMCL to achieve its ambitions, the role of Manager Sales Strategy is extremely important. The incumbent will be working closely with the lead of sales strategy for creating the sales & business strategy for growth, plan and monitor the execution. He / She will also be responsible for planning the GTM strategy for entry into new/existing markets with electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy
- Charting out a clear Sales strategy for the financial year
- Identifying opportunities & levers for business growth in the existing markets
- Creating strategic plans for the short & medium terms for Global markets
2. Go-To-Market Plans for Electric Vehicles
- Identification of opportunities for EVs in global markets, creation of a complete end-to-end GTM plans in existing markets & new markets.
- End-to-end GTM plans including sales strategy, service strategy, market entry plan, marketing plan, distribution plan, building capabilities through hiring, compliance in local countries and consumer proposition through direct to consumer model.
3. Business Case & Financials
- Creation of business case for electric vehicle business

-In-depth understating of the global automotive landscape
-Good understating of financials, business plans & financial metrics
- Exposure to channel sales/distribution in global markets
- Ability to work across CFTs, Business Acumen, good interpersonal skills, ability to manage complex situations, out of the box thinker, innovator, creative and a team player

Relevant Experience
BE Engineering MBA/PGDBM from Tier I/II Institute
