We are glad to inform you all that Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate for Kolkata Location for one of Leading E-Commerce project
- Customer Support Associate (CSA).
- Have to resolute customers query over Email / Calls (Blended process)
Mandatory Criteria-'
- Min HS Passed.
- Fresher & Experience both can apply
- Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skill
- Must have excellent Email writing skills in English
- Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy
Mandatory System requirement for Work from Home'
- Must have laptop/Desktop with webcam
- Windows 10 Original version mandatory
- 4 GB RAM
- Speaker & Microphone in Working condition'
- Active antivirus
- Broadband or Wi-Fi
- Noise Cancellation Headset / Headphone
Other requirement-
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 months post joining
- Shift 9 hour a day, with 8 hrs work and 1-hour break
Interview Structure- (Virtual base)
- HR round - General check
- Typing test (30WPM/90% Accuracy)
- Grammar test
- Client round
