KRA:-

Order booking in line with Project handover requirements
Address Product Quality Complaints (PQC)
Development actions to ensure FTR (First Time Right) output, Productivity monitoring and improvement
Drive improvement actions like VA (Value Analysis) /VE (Value Engineering), OFI (Opportunity For Improvement) program

Job Description:-

1) Release orders to meet the SLA

2) Zero error in design releases

3) Respond to PQC within stipulated timeline and ensure CAPA implementation

4) Achieve first time right accuracy level in design releases through structured program

5) Develop a productivity index for POE, monitor and improve productivity in function

6) Reduce cost of the project through conscious post order optimization

7) Reduce installation time of the project through post order design actions

8) Continuous improvement through a structured OFI program
