Roles and Responsibilities
1. Accounts Payable (Creditors) Payment Management
Credit Purchase Analysis with the current and past months Purchase and Budgets.
Rising of Debit and Credit Note to Vendors.
Purchase Register Posting
Analyzing of Profit and Margin analysis with Budgets and Actual.
Rising of Debit and Credit Note to Customers.
Re-conciliation of accounts with the dealer network.
Ageing analysis as per defined credit Period to Vendors.
Instruction for making of cheque and entering Payments as per defined credit Period.
Issue of Cheque after analyzing of Fund situation in the Banks.
Accounts Payable (Creditors) Reconciliation.
Preparation of MIS Report of Creditors on weekly basis for Management
Preparation of Creditors Schedules for Finalization of Accounts
2. Banking and Fund Management
Monitoring of daily account balances & bank account transfers.
Bank Reforecast of fund sources.
Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
RTGS and NEFT to Customers and other parties
Instruction for releasing the payment of Vendors
Investment of excess fund as per the instruction of management
Preparation of Fund Flow Statements
3. Month end closing and MIS Reports
Finalization of Month end activities related to Purchase entries of Creditors, Intercompany transaction, rent and Securities, Banks, Contractors bills etc.
Handling of Petty expenses and other Exp. Of Stores/Warehouse/HO
Rent and Security booking and Payment
Preparation of budgets to Managements
Finalization of Asset Management
4. Direct Tax (TDS) Activities
Finalization of Contractors and other bills
Deduction of TDS on Miscellaneous Payment
Finalize the TDS return
Finalize the TDS Payment
5. Other Activities
Performing various daily Accounting Activities such as like various types of Vouchers, keeping and maintained Ledgers, Corresponding with the parties for various businesses prospective.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Financial and accounting procedures are well-understood
- Working knowledge of financial software
- MS Excel proficiency is required
- Financial regulations knowledge
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent time management abilities
