Job Description
Responsibilities Identify training needs by evaluating performance of external and internal clients/stakeholders Translate requirements into trainings that will help seller( external client) to conduct their business on Flipkart with ease Identify and plan Training sessions to internal stakeholders to educate and keep them updated on the new policy and process changes Develop and oversee the production of training materials , instructional materials aids and manuals for internal and external audience Good platform and presentation skills to deliver the offline and online training Build monthly training program and prepare teaching plans Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality results for both internal and external trainings Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions Good grasping power to understand the product and process faster and work with Subject Matter Expert to create training materials Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes Requirements Minimum 3 to 4 year experience in conducting offline and online training sessions Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
