In this role, you will assist in supporting the Digital Services PMO in project related activities to ensure successful delivery of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work closely with the stakeholders to effectively coordinate, schedule, plan and manage project management activities related to:
Resource Management - new hire On-boarding, Job Scheduling, Planning, Forecasting and Time sheet updates
Finance - budgets, billing/invoicing preparation
Documentation project deliverables, process and knowledge base
Communications project status, budget variances, schedules, training and other project activities
Analytics and Reporting - project execution and control
PMO support functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
4-6 years of experience working with IT global teams preferred
Experience as a project coordinator supporting project management office
Excellent communication and time management skills
Computer proficiency in SharePoint, Office with advanced level Excel expertise
