Roles and Responsibilities
- To evaluate & monitor health & safety hazards & develop strategies to control risks in the workplace
- To inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- To develop and administer programs to ensure safety and compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations for employees, facilities, operations and the visiting public
- Maintaining day to day the safety precautions at the site
- Taking necessary actions on the discrepancies / violations
- Inspecting all the areas of construction site to find the unsafe conditions / practices
- Ensuring a safe working environment with Zero incidents
- Able to conduct Tool Box Meeting everyday morning
- Preparation of Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) to be prepared and ensure the implementation of the same
- Preparation of Job specific EHS plan and if required to be modified as per site condition implementation of the same
- Internal Site Logistic Plan implementation of the same
- Should collect all safety related documents from site on a weekly basis.
- Should work in Building Construction project have knowledge of Safety Plans, Safety Audits, Hazard control, Site assurance, Quality Management
- Should have good communications skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be Graduate with Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering
Experience from reputed company constructing residential high rise buildings
