Past experience in Working in with Pharmaceutical Companies.

Prior experience of Gifting Segment.

Identify prospective corporate leads - New client acquisition - Lead Extractions
-
Expand market share in the B2B segment – Make new Distributors.
-
Schedule periodic client visits – meeting procurement team/ product managers/ regional distributors
-
Build & maintain a sustainable relationship with clients – tailor product pitch according to their needs/specifications
-
Achieve revenue and profitability goals as outlined by management
-
Periodic presentations to be made - assess Budgeted vs Actual Performance standards

Ensure timely revenue collections
-
Ensure compliance with outlined SOPs, work ethics and company policies

Plan & execute sales pitches & cold calls/emails

Create, maintain & grow client database

Lead by Example – be an empathetic & proactive team mentor, lead efforts for business expansion & motivate team members to meet and exceed performance expectations

Ensure seamless coordination between production, sales & operations – timely & accurate delivery of orders

Conceptualize & Create Gifting Solutions & Strategies for potential leads
Requirement
-
Minimum experience: 5-10yrs of Sales experience/Corporate or Institutional Gifting
-
Minimum Annual Sales Portfolio Handling of 5-10CR
-
Graduate with MBA/PGDM in any specialization
-
Flexibility to travel
-
Good Communication Skills – fluency in English/Hindi

Authentic personality with powerful & effective interpersonal & negotiation skills
