Achievement of Primary and Secondary sales through assigned team and network
• Sales Budget and forecasting
• Help Sourcing and Appointment of Distributors to teams in their respective territories.
• Ensuring proper coverage & placement
• Ensuring proper service to trade as per pre-determined Area coverage plan
• Beat designing and regular market operations,
• Handling distributor issues with regard to Claims, ROI, and trade service.
• Generating secondary sales through product availability.
• Tracking high volume was driven outlets separately.
• Impart training to filed force for Sales call process and POP deployment/usage
• Ensure timely collection of receivable and budgetary controls.
• Having good relationships in the trade
• Being a communication channel between the company and the ASM/SO/SR. - Allotting clear responsibilities to team members- assigning targets/execution parameters etc.
• To ensure proper execution of BTL activities in his area.
• Having an analytical mind to interpret sales/execution data and proactively suggest time-bound action plans.
• Must be conversant with Sales Force Automation (usage of handheld terminals for procuring market orders, evaluating the daily performance of down lines, and timely corrections )
