Position Overview
As Sr. Systems analyst, Enterprise Applications will serve as a key member of the Technology Organization responsible for, the development and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud & EBS Applications. Your primary focus will be implementing new functionality and develop/support of integrations to internal & external systems. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality solution is essential.
You are responsible for
- Design, Implementation new functionality and support Oracle HCM Applications
- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal HCM Applications, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
- Utilizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) concepts
- Communicate with project managers, business users and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
- Serving as a technical and business-savvy resource to software development engineering personnel on a range of software design issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Oracle HCM Cloud & EBS applications experience required
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on HCM solutions
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions
- Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point
- List any certification(s) required
- Bachelors degree
