Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization in consultation with the managers
- Develop individualized and group training program that addresses specific business needs
- Develop training manuals
- Effectively manage training budget that is been allocated
- Assess employees skills and performance to identify areas of improvement
- Effectively communicate with team members and management
- Create a curriculum to facilitate training based or organization/department goals
- Conduct regular meeting with senior management to identify subjects to be addressed/areas in need of additional trainings
Required skills
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Learning and development role
- Must be from a Supply chain management background
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Good track record of developing and executing successful training programs
- Familiar with training process
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in developing yearly training plans and materials for training
- Hindi speaking candidate is preferable
- DME or BE (Mechanical) will be an added advantage
