Principal Responsibilities (What does the job do?)
Act as application production support to do Incident Handling/Production fix:
to conduct the root cause analysis and to do trouble shooting.
to resume the application production service if there is any outage.
to work out long term solution or workaround solution, and conduct fix plan.
to perform testing against the fix and perform impact analysis before applying the fix.
Application Change Support:
to co-work with the project team, BU stakeholders and infra team to implement application new release, deploy application/data patch.
to co-work with the stakeholders to do UAT, and coordinate to production live verify.
Run report to collect application info to meet regulator survey and inquiry.
Lead team members to hands-on to resolve application production issue.
Update the issue status to the head of application support and key stakeholders.

Education and Relevant Experience (What minimum qualification does the job require?)
Familiar with banking end-to-end system flow or part of fields, e.g. Channel, Core Banking (deposit, loan, customer, transaction, and accounting etc.), Cash and Trade, Payment and Remittance, Finance and Risk, Treasury, debit card, wealth management and regulatory reporting etc.
At minimum, 5 years of personal/corporate banking system production support.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong ability to communication with technical teams and multiple nations.
Expert technical skills in database (MariaDB, Oracle, MS SQL and DB2 etc.), data analytics and knowledge in BO, ETL, AIX/Linux, WAS/JBOSS/IIS, MQ, JAVA and Open source software, VPC/IaaS, PaaS Cloud foundry, PaaS - Open Shift, SaaS, AWS and deployment automation is preferable. Proficiency in Unix/Linux operation.
Proactive, positive, independent, team-work, highly self-study and organized, and be able to work under high pressure. Quick response and quick learner. Excellent time management.
5 years at minimum of people management experience.
Bachelor degree or above.
