Reports to - ASM/RSM
Supervising - SO/SSM's.
Age - 25 - 34 Yrs.
Education - MBA/PGDM or Equivalent, Graduate
Experience - 5 - 10 years relevant experience of FMCG industry
Other Requirements
Knowledge of role of SO/SSM's. and stockist in the overall sales system.
Strong IP and communication skills.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Strong coordination skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle objections.
Job Summary
To increase sales and market presence, to manage stocks and stockists and to manage the functions and performance of the field force of SO/SSM's.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility Area Functions Increasing sales distribution
- Identifies and appoints stockists in new towns
- Sets targets to field force in terms of total outlets to be serviced through direct channels.
- Increases sales width (through specified targets and focus brands allocated to field force)
- Ensures that market presence is maintained through adequate merchandising Stock management
- Constantly tracks pipelines and makes rectifications to maintain specified norms.
- Identifies breakages/ expiries/ damaged stocks and ensures that they are processed as per specified norms. Stockist management
- Is responsible for receivables.
- Ensures through SO/SSM's that their respective stockists are adequately servicing their markets. • Ensures through SO/SSM's that their respective stockists are investing in Dabur as per the desired norms / targets.
- Ensures that stockist claims are settled within the prescribed period as per the corporate norms and guidelines.
- Understand & Monitor stockiest ROI and highlight concerns to AH. Deployment of resources
- Approve the MJP of SO/SSM's.
- Ensures sales productivity of SO/SSM's.
