Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for HRD functions across the organization
- Annual recruitment planning
- Ensure implementation of Corporate HR Policies at all sites
- Ensure Regulatory and Statutory compliance at all sites
- Training and Development at corporate & local level
- Ensure robust appraisal system
- Developing & Managing reportees
Desired Candidate Profile
8-12 years experience
Must be managing HRD activities for at least 6 remote sites and a team of around 400 people
Must be willing to travel frequently to Africa
