Job Location - Hyderabad
Qualification -
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience in working for leading BPOs mandatory
- Transitions experience must
- Project Management Certification preferred (Prince2, PMP, Agile)
Solution:
- Work with multiple internal stakeholders while responding to RFI/RFP from Outsourcing Solution / Transition perspective
- Provide support to the Sales Teams in drafting client solutions
- Lead transition solution exercise for new client engagements
- Work on multiple client deals at the same time
- Participate in remote and onsite Due Diligence exercises to understand client processes and requirements in order to draft outsourcing solutions
Transition:
- Work as the Transition Lead for outsourcing engagements
- Manage internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition
- Follow the Transition Methodology to successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines
- Put together detailed Transition Plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines
- Manage multiple transitions at the same time
- Client Relationship management
- Work on drafting the Statement of Work for relevant sections
- Project Reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Understand transformation basics, tools and accelerators, robotic process automation essentials
Others:
- Act as a Transitions Subject Matter Expert (SME) while designing client solutions and process re-engineering exercises.
- Participate in early Transformation/Re-engineering projects as required
- Provide guidance and support to Transition teams on how to exceed client expectations
Technical Skills (Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.):
- US Insurance domain knowledge preferred
- Strong in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel Skills required. MS Project knowledge preferred
- Strong Project and process management experience at managerial level in Outsourcing environment
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable
