Job Description
For its Legal Team litigation; it requires professionals
Role specs:
1. Attending Courts / Consumer Forums / Police stations in civil / criminal cases / complaints filed by the Bank / against Bank.
2. Interacting with advocates / police officers / quasi-judicial authorities for resolution of disputes / complaints.
3. Filing & visit to Police Station for registration of FIR/ assisting Branch Heads / Bank officers in filing of FIRs and liasoning with police for early action.
4. Vetting of plaints, Written Statements, complaints, drafting of notices, replies to the notices & customer letters.
5. Generally advising and support Zonal Legal Manager, branches and field offices on legal issues / matters.
6. Follow up with advocates for early action/ disposal of cases pending.
7. To send follow up mails for next week listed cases to advocate and daily reporting of listed cases to Zonal Legal Manager.
8. Maintain physical Court Case Diary and online updation of legal cases in Legal MIS software.
9. May require extensive travelling to various places within zone.
Candidate specs: Must be from Bank /NBFC Legal team only handling litigation.
