Branding and Promotions
- Organize different and innovative programs to uplift the brand value of IPCS
- Create a good rapport with our existing clients and generate new business clients.
- Initiate effective methods to achieve the business plans of IPCS.
- Update the news and events pages of website/social media with recent activities.
Marketing Management
- Plan, assign and monitor entire activities of BDMs, CRMs, CROs, CREs and BDEs working in different branches under control.
- Schedule a periodical meeting with all who are part of the sales/marketing team.
- Give regular and proper guidance to the Sales team in branch.
- Establish a proper system to monitor the activities of Freelance Marketing Executives.
- Plan and implement effective mode of advertisements such as print, online (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
- Prepare the activities and plan of action to be carried out by Marketing Engineers.
- Analyze their target achievement and give proper recognition / appreciation.
- Ensure all the expenses incurred for marketing is restricted as per the policies of the company.
Business Development
- Plan and prepare different activities for achieving the business targets.
- Conceive the ideas and implement the same for the betterment of the organization in terms of target and goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the current market requirement in terms of Training curriculum and methods.
- Ensure the standards of Training curriculum and methods are sufficient to train national and international candidates.
- Find out new resources for expanding our business.
- Meet schedules and time lines
- Read, interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize, develop and implement training and career events. Prepare letters, flyers, mailers and other materials to publicize our services.
Centre Management (General Administration)
- Monitor the smooth functioning of departmental operations.
- Conduct meetings with all departments and identify the operational errors and suggest corrections
- Evaluate manpower requirement in the branch and take steps to fill them.
Day today Activities of all staff to be closely monitored
- Be the primary responsible person of the branch
- Continuous analysis, assessment, appraisals and appreciation to all team members in the branch.
- Instruct the concerned to update the ERP and generate the necessary reports. Monitor the activities of all staffs in branch through ERP and advice necessary corrective measures.
- Conduct Business Evaluation Meeting regularly.
- Cross evaluation of financial budget for the current FY.
- Participate in the quarterly budget meeting, analyze the statistics of business.
- Be the first line person to manage external communication on-behalf of our organization.
- Work independently using effective public relations skills.
- Support and advise HODs to improve the quality of their department functions.
- Maintain the standards as per the norms of accreditations
- Monitor the documentation works related to ISO Norms.
- Ensure all other designated staffs are working effectively
- Ensure the proper working of different committees under IPCS Executive body in center.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Evaluation of success of training division.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with other departments and senior management.
Accreditations And Documentations
- Ensure entire documents are up-to-date and well maintained as per the standards of accreditations.
- Conduct periodical documentation audit and take necessary steps if there are corrections are required.
- Coordinate with Management Representative regarding ISO documentations.
