Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage brand and demand generation activities to grow brand awareness, pipeline, traffic, conversions and engagements.
- Lead brand development initiatives, digital, field and online marketing and sales and partner enablement.
- Analyse market trends and competitors that enable you to develop differentiated marketing strategies and influence product decisions to increase our market presence and penetration.
- Own and deliver compelling messaging and positioning, go-to-market strategy reinforcing our core messages and driving brand awareness for Integras products and new services
- Content Development Conceptualize and create top, mid and bottom of funnel content for the offering
- Sales enablement Communicate value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, case studies, training, and collateral
- Plans - Own launches, go to market strategy, sales enablement collateral and website
- Drive influencer marketing program to gain mindshare of analysts & advisors
- Develop relationships with analysts and regularly brief them about Integras unique value proposition.
- Design and implement innovative customer advocacy program
Desired Candidate Profile
- 13 + years of B2B Product marketing plus Digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT/ITES companies with a similar role
- Should have led and executed systematic product launches at a global scale.
- Analytical mindset, assembling and interpreting data, building executive summaries that deliver actionable business insights
- Strong project management skills with the ability to optimally structure and prioritize work
- Self-motivated
