Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for BDMs to join our sales team! As BDE/BDM, your main responsibilities involve the following :
- To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- Creativity with in sales techniques and marketing schemes.
- To drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy in areas of Corporate Training Sales, and institutional sales.
- This job will involve traveling.
- Find prospects and leads. (Affiliate, Institutional and Corporates)
- Engage Affiliates for admissions
- Learn details about our products and services.
- Explain how our solutions align with their requirements.
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant.
- Follow up with good prospects
- Consult with seniors and the marketing team to ensure efficiency.
- Track and monitor your work, by maintaining weekly reports and sharing the same with your respective managers.
- Prepare and present reports when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prepare database of customers with proper contact We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our Sales team.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Good Communication and Convincing Skills Problem solving skills.
- 1+ years' prior experience in business development / relationship management, Strong communication and leadership skills, Strong execution orientation - needs to be able to get things done, and fast, Ideal candidate should be procative
- Should have 1year of Experience in Educational Sales.
- Candidate should have corporate marketing experience with excellent communication skills and Presentable.
- Hands-on problem solving aptitude, with ability to conceptualize the right solutions for complex and diverse business needs.
