Job Description
The DEP System Admin role reports to the DEP System Admin Lead and works closely with the IST Manager, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Business Process Leads, System Leads, and other entities, and is responsible for planning, building, configuration, deployment, and operations of DEP platform environments. This administrator will collaborate with peer IT and Automation teams to ensure that the various platforms meet customer needs and adhere to IST standards. Essential Duties:
- This role will participate with other team members in development, testing, deployment, and operational activities, including:
- Support and management of operational work processes
- Support the roles of business and data stewards
- Support workflows
- Perform regular system operations audits and other health checks
- Support disaster recovery and continuity of operations plan
- Perform Oracle SOA tuning, capacity planning, and change management.
- Perform middleware and software installation / patch / upgrade to development, test and production servers.
- Designing, developing, documenting, and validating middleware backup and recovery plans in accordance with business requirements.
- Assist program developers with the use of Weblogic and SOA components
- Work with IST Security and Operations teams
- Support data quality profiling and reporting
- Work with various teams to implement required data integration
- Support and manage, on behalf of the Platforms System Admin Lead, our current and future state platforms, and operations to support the business.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent EPC work experience
- 3+ years automation experience
- 2 years experience with Oracle WebLogic on Linux and Tomcat servers hosting SOA Suite components
- Experience in supporting and implement application systems and platforms
- Knowledge in configuring WebLogic/Tomcat Server to integrate with LDAP provider
- Experienced in installing SSL Certificates, configuring Keystores, implementing SSO
- Knowledge in configuring JMS
- Knowledge using Oracle Enterprise Manager, Cloud Control for monitoring and administration required.
- Experience with database systems and associated query languages and reporting solutions
- Experience with application lifecycles
- Experience with data integration
- Experience with data quality and profiling
- Experience and or understanding of data centric execution
- Experience in supporting role-based access control and information security
- Good communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Knowledge around data governance and master data management
- Knowledge around data quality and data integration
- Knowledge around Azure Cloud services a plus
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) knowledge and experience
- Experience in installing and configuring Oracle SOA Suite Products, Oracle API Platform Cloud Service and Gateway servers.
- Experience in Shell and PowerShell scripting
- Oracle WebLogic Administration certification
- Software development a plus
- Knowledge of Design Thinking
