Job Description
Monitoring the cleaning, hygienic and Pest Control activities in the plant
To assists in preparation of customer/statutory/FSMS audits
To be engaged in all the food safety activities and documentation as per FSSC 22000 and customer specific FSMS.
Preparation of product release COAs (Certificate of Analysis) with inclusion of all required product specific parameters and ensuring them as per defined product specifications
Responsible for product traceability activity from the end of QA department
To look after packaging activity of goods and to trace out deviations if any to take actions accordingly
To support to maintain product standards including compliance to all product specifications, and procedures relating to process consistency, quality systems, food safety, hygiene and legal standards
Good knowledge about CCP,OPRP,HACCP,TACCP and VACCP
FSSC 22000 & FSSAI regulations
QMS principles
