Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing L2/L1 support for Broking BO, DP, WealthSpectrum, HRMS, GL System, MIS & Other Back-office applications
- Ensure the Back-office applications are working around the clock
- Coordinate with Vendors for resolutions of Production issues within the agreed TAT
- Co-ordinate with Business/Vendors for UAT and deployment of Production patches in Live environment
- Regularly follow-up for resolution of Production bugs and update the JIRA ticket accordingly until it is closed
- Responsible for house-keeping activities, refresh the BCP environment with the latest programs, backup of application folders, databases, etc.
- Ensure the performance of the applications, utilization monitoring, capacity planning, etc. Regularly provide feedback to Delivery Heads for addressing the gaps/glitches in the Back-office applications
- Provide a weekly update on Production issues to IT Management
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-5years of working experience in the Stock Broking industry as Back-office Support Executive Posses Capital Markets domain knowledge, especially broking back-office, DP back-office & digital account opening processes
- Exposure to Database commands, SQL scripting & Linux shell scripting
- Experience in coordinating with internal Stakeholders and Vendors
- This role involves working in Shifts - Good communication skills
