Roles and Responsibilities :
( Government Sales & Concept Sale)
- Assisting Director of the company for all activities related to Internal Meetings, External Communication, Technical Support, Information Management / Administrative Systems, Planning, Drive / Energy, Confidentiality.
- Visiting Customer along with the Sales Regional Manager for Presentation for Technical Discussion. Planning of the Business Strategies as per Management
- Review the process and progress schedule with senior management. Schedule and track MIS periodically.
- Organize weekly/ monthly review meetings and circulation of minutes of meeting to all concern - further follow-up.
- Every month Projection of Billing Data, Collection of Shifts data, and combine report submission to management (All Sites) Prepare business cases, review and make status documents (complete MIS) create and maintain case histories
- Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly)
- Monitor- Progress - Projects are being completed within the baselined time scales
- Monitor -Cost - projects are being completed within the baselined cost plan
- Monitor- Quality - projects are being completed to defined expectations, first time
- Monitor Compliance , Regulatory - all required statutory and regulatory conditions are being met
- Reporting - regular and timely reporting of project progress to the management- deviation. Co-ordination and collection of different data to come up with "As is" and "To Be".
- Risk - to proactively manage foreseen project risk
- Monthly Review Meetings on Sales/ New Leads / Factory Issues and Management Discussion.
- Follow up with the Principals / Manufacturers during Tendering
Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate should have excellent verbal as well as written communication skill. Should have Engineering background. Must have experience in dealing with Government agencies.
