qRoles and Responsibilities
The incumbent will support business (India and Global) in effectively managing and improving operational performance & in driving a culture of continuous improvement for Aon Business Services.
- Facilitate / Lead projects on Process Transformation and Operational Excellence using Six Sigma /Lean/Project Management methodologies
- Provides analytics support to Business Leaders both onshore and offshore
- Drives continuous improvement culture across the organization
- Manages the idea generation platform at Aon India
- Facilitates Lean Six Sigma and other Quality trainings
- Facilitate / lead brainstorming sessions in a structured problem-solving approach to identify improvement areas, support in measuring improvements and quantification of savings
- Support transition of new processes, map processes, create metrics, and consult the business on setup and design of Quality Assurance processes
- Understand business processes, analyze data trends and share recommendations with stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication
- Ability to deal with senior stakeholders.
- Led 3-4 Green Belt projects and 1 Black Belt project
- Good Knowledge of Basic Quality Tools (Pareto Chart, Histogram, Flow Charts, Fishbone Diagram, Scatter Diagram, Control Chart, Box Plot) & Concepts (Lean principles, Value Stream Maps, Types of Waste, DPMO, DMAIC etc.)
- Learning ability with customer orientation and a keen eye for process improvement.
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Vision
Mandatory Experience:
- Black Belt Certified/Trained
- Training and Facilitation Skills and experience.
- Exposure to ISO, TQM and other Quality methodologies/systems.
- Knowledge of Minitab Statistical Software.
- Analytical capabilities, including knowledge of predictive analytics and big data tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python)
- Knowledge of MS Access.
