Role:
As the Marketing Lead for Antara Assisted Care Services, you will lead Brand, Marketing & Digital Communications strategy across the Antara Assisted Care business which comprises of Antara Care Homes, Care at Home & Medcare Products presently.
All the business units are B2C (Retail) and are huge scale poised for exponential and scorching growth in the future.
Key responsibilities:
- Design appropriate go-to-market strategies for all business verticals
- Put in place execution plans to support revenue
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for Marketing
- Set, monitor, and report on outcomes.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas and other insights.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor competition and plan actions appropriately.
- Partner and help in identifying vendors/partners to work with, along with Antara corporate
- Ensure alignment on core brand principles, creatives, and positioning with the overall Antara corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Design and define plans for all marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Influencers, Communications and Creatives
- Design branding, positioning and offer strategies for crafting our brand message and ensuring strength & consistency across all channels and marketing efforts, in consonance with overall corporate brand
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Outcome ownership:
- Brand building for AACS and the three business verticals
- Go-to-market strategy (for product, market and segments) and execution
- Efficient revenue generation from owned channels
- Team management
Reporting – dual:
- Functional: Head – Marketing & Communications, Antara Senior Care
- Administrative: CEO, Antara Assisted Care Services
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Experience 10-11 Years
2. Experience across various aspects of Marketing, including off-line and digital
3. Marketing experience in Retail/FMCG/B2C or in a start-up
4. Exposure to various aspects of marketing function, understands new age/trends in marketing
5. Team management experience
