Job Description
• Initiate, attribute & validate products for lordandtaylor.com. Manage entire set up process for drop ship merchandise.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with buying, logistics, and item database teams to ensure accuracy in product set up and pricing.
• Facilitate vendor relationships to solicit and coordinate vendor provided assets including product images, attributes and descriptions.
• Prioritize weekly workflow based on sales volume and key team initiatives.
• Escalate technical systems issues with documentation to merchants and appropriate IT teams.
• Propose process improvements and coordinate peer workload.
• Support Drop Ship Manager with additional administrative duties.
• Oversee 80 + drop ship vendors within scope of business
• Troubleshoot and rectify PO issues, working closely with customer service, merchants, accounts payable and vendor community
• Report trends in product issues/damages and suggest resolutions
• Set up new drop ship vendors within systems and on board
• Process improvement projects
• Vendor performance analysis
